Snow conditions in Banff and Lake Louise show no signs of slowing down

The birds might be chirping, but winter is far from over. Snow conditions at all three SkiBig3 resorts - Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, and Mt. Norquay - have been astounding. There is still plenty of snow left for spring skiing (with more on the way). With a cumulative snowfall (between all three resorts) of 1790cm (704.5”) and a snow base of up to 230cm (90.5”) in some areas - the bumps are soft, the cliffs and coated, and the fun is only just beginning. Come ski or ride the longest non-glacial ski season in Canada and see what we mean. Want to see more? Take a look at the webcams. Here are some mid-season highlights of the best snow conditions in Banff and Lake Louise this winter.

Keep shredding until May

The snow conditions in Banff and Lake Louise are just insane – and we’ve still got two and half months to go. There's no place in Canada like the Rockies - home to the longest non-glacial ski season with Banff Sunshine (the last resort to close) stopping its lifts on May 24. There's still plenty of time to book a sneaky spring getaway with snow this good.
