Day Two: Banff Sunshine Village
Day two was all about high-alpine skiing at Banff Sunshine Village. Kelly and her partner explored 3,300 acres of varied terrain, perfect for couples of different abilities since every chair offers green, blue, and black options. They skied side by side, each choosing runs that matched their comfort level. Lunch at Chimney Corner, with alpine views and crackling fireplaces, rounded out the day.

Day Three: Bluebird and Banff Adventures
What is a couple’s trip without a slow morning? Breakfast at Bluebird, Banff’s newest mid-century modern steakhouse, sets the vibe with crackling fires and a yummy selection of brunch options. In the afternoon, the couple explored Banff off the slopes, including a private tasting at Park Distillery and skating on Lake Louise. For dinner, Kellyn headed to Lupo, one of Banff’s favourite Italian restaurants.

Day Four: Lake Louise Ski Resort
The trip wrapped at Lake Louise Ski Resort, one of North America’s largest with 4,200 acres of terrain. Its layout makes it another great option for mixed-ability couples, with beginner, intermediate, and expert runs from every lift. Après took an unexpected twist at Kuma Yama, a sushi and ramen bar tucked inside the lodge, the perfect way to end their final day.
