Seasonal Revenue Auditor

SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for the seasonal position of Revenue Auditor to join our team for the 2026–2027 winter season.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Revenue Auditor is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of revenue auditing, banking, and reporting functions while meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.

This role is responsible for daily sales and receipt entries, revenue reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining internal accounting schedules and workbooks. The successful candidate will work closely with other SkiBig3 departments, our resort partners (Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, and Mt. Norquay), and external business partners.

The Revenue Auditor will be performing daily duties and responsibilities outlined below:

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Accounting Operations

  • Timely collection and collation of revenue documents from retail locations, integrated systems, and resorts.
  • Accurate counting, recording, and depositing of cheques and cash receipts.
  • Liaise with retail and resort teams to provide feedback, resolve errors, and provide training on formatting issues.
  • Liaise with IT and Reservations teams on data mapping issues.
  • Daily checking and screening of potential chargeback orders.
  • Entering daily sales and receipts into Sage accounting system.
  • Maintain internal revenue document filing to meet auditing requirements.
  • Update and maintain schedules of completed cash outs.
  • Prepare invoices for Travel Trade and ad hoc revenues as assigned by AR Analyst.
  • Reconcile refunds from merchants to Sage, Vouchers, Partner Tickets, and B2B updates.
  • Plan and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Support systems and processes that move toward the goal of paperless accounting.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with accounting software (Sage experience is considered an asset).
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or revenue auditing is an asset.
  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related industry is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Personable, trustworthy, and professional, with a positive attitude and sense of humour.

Other Requirements

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must reside in the Bow Valley.
