- Tickets are not available for online advance purchase - tickets can only be purchased in person

Ikon Pass holders log into My Account on ikonpass.com and share Friends & Family discounts via email

Guests must create or sign into an Ikon Pass account to claim the discount

Once claimed, lift tickets can be redeemed & purchased in person at SkiBig3 Adventure Hub locations in Banff or Canmore, or at the guest service windows at Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, or Mt. Norquay

Pass holders do not need to be present for redemption

If the guest chooses not to use the discount, it can be returned to the pass holder and will be re-added to their account

How do I share Friends & Family discounts?
Log into My Account on ikonpass.com to view your available Friends & Family discounts. IKON passholder should click the ‘Friends & Family’ link then select the ‘Share Discount’ button, enter the email address of the person they wish to share a discount with, and the number of discounts they want to send. The friend will be notified via email that friends and family discounts are available. To claim the discount(s), the friend must create or sign in to an Ikon Pass account. Once the friend claims the discount on their account, the friend can come to the SkiBig3 Hubs in Banff or Canmore, or to the guest service window at one of the SkiBig3 resorts to purchase and print the ticket in person, and have the ticket redeemed from their account. Please note, at SkiBig3, IKON friends and family tickets cannot be purchased online, only at the locations listed above. IKON pass holders do not need to be present to redeem the discount. If the recipient does not want to accept the discount, they can return it to the pass holder and it will be added back to their account.
Not available on Child Pass and 4 and Under Pass.
Not applicable to Le Massif de Charlevoix, Zermatt, Kitzbühel, Dolomiti Superski, Arai Mountain Resort, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, Chamonix Mont-Blanc Valley, Ischgl, St. Moritz, and Valle d'Aosta.
