Learn more about snow safety with the Banff Sunshine Snow Safety Team. Join Beacon Basin practice sessions, observe live snow profile digs, learn about RECCO technology, watch avalanche dog demonstrations and explosive demonstrations.

11am - Avalanche dog demonstration at Tinsel Town (base of Wawa Chair)
3pm - Tomahawk explosive demonstration. Best viewing location is the top of Goats Eye

3pm - Warchild explosive demonstration. Best viewing location is the top of Goats Eye
