Avalanche Awareness Days – Lake Louise Ski Resort

January 20 @ 10:00 am - January 21 @ 4:00 pm

The Lake Louise Ski Resort is committed to championing safe and responsible outdoor pursuits. As one of the 40+ communities that take part in Avalanche Awareness Days, Lake Louise has plenty of exciting and educational activities planned. Our Avalanche Safety professionals will be on hand at various locations throughout the weekend to provide general and Lake Louise specific information on avalanche safety, for FREE!

We take avalanche safety very seriously, however we are hoping to make this a fun, interactive and educational weekend! If you stop by one of the activities below, it’s completely FREE! (You will need to purchase a lift ticket to get to the backside for the Beacon Practice & Snow Profile Talks.)

Complete the Avalanche Training Passport by visiting the 4 stations and be entered to win some amazing prizes from BCA, FRESH Ski Shop and the Lake Louise Ski Resort!

GRAND PRIZE DRAW – a T2 Avalanche Rescue Package (beacon, probe & shovel) from BCA!

18/19 Early Bird Ski & Stay Packages - Save up to 40%
