SkiBig3 has been awarded the Neilson Active Holidays ‘Marque of Excellence’ for Best Ski School for the fifth time! The award, determined by feedback from 175,000 UK skiers and riders, praises the Club Ski & Snowboard and Private instruction programs. This year the qualifying targets were again raised and customer satisfaction levels were higher than ever, making this an even greater achievement.
The Club Ski & Snowboard programs – three days at three of the world’s finest ski resorts with the same instructor – enables skiers and riders of all abilities to get the best of almost 8,000 acres of terrain in a place so spectacular the United Nations has declared it a World Heritage Site. Participants spend one day at Mt. Norquay, one day at Lake Louise Ski Resort and one day at Sunshine Village, improving their technique, exploring the mountains and having fun.
Snow School Director, Paul Thrasher, said: “We’re very proud to be granted this award. Our instructors work hard to give guests a great experience, improving participants’ skiing or riding and sharing knowledge of every inch of these resorts. It’s great to know that we’re successful and we’ll continue to grow on this.”
Nelson Active Holidays is part of the Thomas Cook Group, who bring thousands of skiers and riders to Banff-Lake Louise every year. Their visitors come to Mt. Norquay, Lake Louise Ski Resort and Sunshine Village to experience the dry, fluffy powder of one of the longest ski seasons in North America, from mid November to late May, the vast and varied terrain and the famous Rockies hospitality in Canada’s Protected Playground, Banff National Park.
