What Do We Rent at the Hub?

At the SkiBig3 Adventure Hubs (Banff and Canmore) we rent just about everything you will need for the best day out on the mountain.

We have a wide range of skis and snowboards, offering different performance types to suit all ability levels. Our Mid Performance skis and boards are perfect for beginners and individuals who are just looking to carve the groomers. High performance rentals are for our more advanced customers, hoping to try the more challenging blues and blacks.

* A bonus that no other store in Banff offers, is rental jackets and snow pants. We offer a quality range of 686 apparel, with size ranged from XXS to XXL.

Can I Get My Rental Gear Delivered?

Absolutely! You will have to come into either our Banff or Canmore Adventure Hub for your fitting, but once you are fitted, you can simply leave your gear to be delivered to your hotel.

*Your rental fitting must be before 7:30pm the day prior to your first ski day to get your gear delivered. To make it even simpler, you can leave your gear at your hotel when you leave, and we will pick it up.

Grace Days

What does a "2 out of 3" or a "3 out of 5" SkiBig3 Lift Ticket mean?

This is how we talk about our tickets in terms of ski days to their corresponding grace days
Let’s say for example you bought a 2-day lift ticket. That means you’ve got 2 days of skiing or riding (aka days you paid for). It also means that you’ve got 3 days to use your paid-for days. So, we say your ticket is a 2 out of 3 SkiBig3 Lift Ticket, meaning it’s valid for 2 of 3 days and you’ve got 1 grace day.

Another example, if you buy a 3-day SkiBig3 Lift Ticket that means you’ve got 3 days on-snow (paid for) but 5 days to use these three days. Meaning, your ticket is what we call a 3 out of 5 and you’ve got 2 grace days. Grace days allow you to choose to ski or ride during your preferred conditions over the course of your stay or enjoy a break to check out what else Banff and Lake Louise have to offer!

How do I Get to the SkiBig3 Resorts?

Individuals with a SkiBig3 lift ticket, season pass, IKON Pass or Mountain Collective Pass have access to a complimentary ski shuttle to Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, and Mt. Norquay.

The shuttle stops are conveniently located outside a range of different hotels in Banff, making your closest stop no more than a few minutes walk away. To find out where your closest stop is and what time your shuttle will arrive, utilize the free SkiBig3 App or our website.
