Lake Louise Ski Resort is now open! October 29th, 2020 set the record for their earliest opening date ever. Favourable weather conditions – including recent snowfall and consistent cool temps – have greatly assisted their snowmaking efforts and winter preparations. Mother Nature can’t take all of the credit, of course. They couldn’t have done it without all of their dedicated and hard-working staff.

They kicked off the season with opening the Glacier Quad Chair, Grizzly Gondola, and two magic carpets in the learning area. A total of seven runs were open, providing three routes down with almost 2500 feet of vertical. Plus, their first park of the season – Easy Street Terrain Park – is all set to knock the dust right off with eight assorted boxes, rails and jumps!
The Lodge of Ten Peaks Cafeteria, Slopeside Coffee, Powder Keg, and Kuma Yama are all open as of Saturday, October 31st.
