Did you know, SkiBig3 Guided Adventures are considered a Canadian Signature Experience? This unique program, developed by Destination Canada, includes over 200 once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences you can only find in Canada. Offered by passionate Canadian and tourism operators, it's no surprise that this hyper-local experience, offered by SkiBig3, joins the family of engaging and innovative experiences designed to connect ever-more discerning travellers to Canada.

What are Canadian Signature Experiences?

Canadian Signature Experiences are a curated collection of once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences found only in Canada.  They enrich the travel experiences of visitors from around the world who seek more meaningful connections along their journeys. From Sea to Sky Hot Springs Cove Excursions on the West Coast to Lobster Fishing on Prince Edward Island, these experiences highlight the best ways to engage with Canada's people, places and cultures.

"We're thrilled to be included in some of Canada's most innovative travel experiences. SkiBig3 Guided Adventures gives skiers access to the best snow, terrain, experiences, and people that make Banff and Lake Louise unique." - Pete Woods, SkiBig3 President

What is a SkiBig3 Guided Adventure?

With SkiBig3 Guided Adventures, travellers can immerse in the ski culture of Alberta’s three iconic resorts  - Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, and Mt. Norquay - through the eyes of a local. With nearly 8,000 acres of skiable terrain to cover, skiers and snowboarders can find the best spots on the mountain, uncover secret stashes and hidden powder gems and enjoy an insider’s tour led by a CSIA-certified instructor. These instructors are locals themselves and are trained by Parks Canada and the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies on the history of Banff National Park and the resorts.
