Dog-friendly rentals coming to SkiBig3

(April 1, 2022, Banff, AB) - The SkiBig3 Adventure Hub is excited to announce it will be adding dog-friendly rentals, SkiBig3 Adventure Pup Rentals, to its fleet at the start of the 22/23 ski season.

This move comes in response to an overwhelming inflow of customer feedback and the steady rise of dog-visitation numbers in Banff National Park. Already recognized as one of few dog-friendly shops on Banff Avenue, the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub is well-positioned to recalibrate its strategy to meet the needs of canine customers.

“We hear from so many guests travelling with their dogs saying that they’re sad they have to leave their pup behind when they hit the slopes,” says Jen Morrison, SkiBig3 Adventure Hub Co-Manager. She continues, “we realized there was a guest we had overlooked, looking up at us this whole time!”

Starting next season, the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub will be the only rental shop in Alberta to offer doggie-sized skis, snowboards, boots, and snowsuits. Carrying top quality brands including Bark’teryx, Pawtagonia, K9 and other premium outdoor apparel brands every good boy or girl needs to shred the Big3.

Next winter, SkiBig3 looks forward to welcoming the world to Banff and Lake Louise - whether they arrive on two legs or four.
