Season Passes

The renewal offer for 22/23 pass holders expired on until June 12, 2023.  

Pre-Season pricing is available until October 15, 2023 after which pass prices increased to the Full Season Rate.

23/24 passes are not yet available for printing and distribution. All pass holders must sign an online waiver.

If you live in Alberta and have a photo on-file, your pass will be printed and sent out by Canada Post to your address on-file. Please estimate 2 weeks for delivery. 

If you live outside Alberta, please complete your online waiver, then pass will be available for  pick up at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub (114 Banff Ave), or on your first day of skiing/riding at Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise or Mt Norquay. 

Photos can be taken at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub (114 Banff Ave), at the resort on your first day of skiing/riding, or by submitting by email to seasonpass@skibig3.com. 

Renewal promo-codes were emailed out to eligible 22/23 pass holders on May 5, 2023. If you did not receive a promo code please email seasonpass@skibig3.com.

We recognize there is much uncertainty and sometimes things just don’t as planned. To alleviate some concerns, we are providing all pass purchasers a No-Questions-Asked Refund Assurance, available until December 1, 2023. Any pass holder who has no pass usage prior to December 1, 2023, will have the option of receiving a refund of cost paid less a $45 + GST admin fee. If you would like to add an extended Refund Option, the cost of purchasing the refund option is $1299 per individual pass and $199 per family pass for both the SkiBig3 Pass. The Refund Option protects against circumstances of medical and employment transfer. Please read the policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

To access this refund, the pass holder must notify SkiBig3 in writing no later than December 1, 2023.

Any pass holder who has no pass usage prior to December 1, 2023, will have the option of receiving a refund of cost-of-pass-paid less a $45+GST administration fee. 

No-Questions-Asked Refund Assurance is available until December 1, 2023. To access this refund, the pass holder must notify SkiBig3 in writing no later than December 1, 2023.

If you purchased the additional Refund Option, the $45+GST administration fee for pass cancellation prior to December 1, 2023 will be waived. The cost of the Refund Option remains non-refundable.

A non-refundable deposit of just $129 CAD is required by June 12, 2023 to secure the Pre-Season discounted rate, followed by seven (7) additional payments due monthly starting June 15, 2023 thru until December 15, 2023

Yes, you can make a payment at any time by calling 1-844-754-2443 or paying in-person at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub, 114 Banff Avenue. Please call the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub in advance to ensure hours of operation.

Proof of student eligibility for the upcoming academic year must include full name of student, name of Canadian academic institution, and enrollment status for the 23/24 school year.

Student Rate Season Passes must be picked up in-person with valid ID. No Student passes will be mailed. 

As a SkiBig3 Passholder you have access to purchase up to 4 SkiBig3 buddy tickets at $119 plus GST. These tickets are available for purchase at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub located at 114 Banff Avenue. Tickets are not available on-mountain, so plan ahead, purchase your tickets and bring a friend.  Buddy tickets may be purchased from the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub, 114 Banff Avenue or the resort guest services desk. 

SkiBig3 Season Pass holders have access to a 50% discount on lift tickets at all Mountain Collective destination resorts – including Marmot Basin, Panorama, Revelstoke and Sun Peaks. 

Pass holders also have access to purchase up to 4 (four) Buddy Tickets to be used at Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise and Mt Norquay for 25% off the one-day SkiBig3 Lift Ticket rate. Additional pass perks and local benefits are currently being finalized with our partners and mountain resorts. As a condition of purchase, each Passholder must carefully read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Exclusion of Liability & Assumption of Risks notice (the “Notice”), and carefully read, understand, agree to and complete a Waiver/Release of liability, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement (the “Waiver”) prior to a Season Pass being issued. The term “Passholder” includes yourself if you are using the Pass, those who you are purchasing a Pass for, and a legal guardian of each Passholder under the age of majority. By proceeding with a Season Pass purchase, you are representing and warranting that each Passholder has read and agreed to the terms of the Waiver. CLICK HERE TO REVIEW THE WAIVER. By agreeing to the Waiver, a Passholder will give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, breach of any statutory or other duty of care, including any duty of care owed under any applicable occupiers’ liability legislation on the part of the Releasees, or the ability to claim compensation following an accident.

If you purchase a SkiBig3 Mid-Week Season Pass, this 50% Mountain Collective discount DOES NOT apply at Banff Sunshine or Lake Louise on Fridays and/or weekends.  These same mid-week limitations extend to ALL Mountain Collective Destination Resorts.  Your pass will NOT be valid at any resort on Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

SkiBig3 Season Pass holders have access to a 50% discount on lift tickets at  Mountain Collective destination resorts.  If you purchase a SkiBig3 Mid-Week Season Pass, this 50% discount DOES NOT apply to any destination resort on Fridays or weekends.

In order to redeem, bring your SkiBig3 Pass to the ticket window and let them know that you are a Mountain Collective Destination Premier Pass holder.
