Banff Yoga Practice is a place where we create connections to inspire one another, to grow, shine, radiate and to master or refine ourselves.
Co-Founders Hayley and Emily met working at the Rimrock Spa in Banff as registered massage therapists, and have since, opened their own massage studios; Canmore Holistic Therapies and Emily Gionis Wellness. Both individually supporting their beautiful communities, as healers in the Bow Valley.
This studio venture has been a long time vision for Hayley and Emily to create a community hub for yoga, wellness and movement. With a plethora of expert instructors being a priority, this powerful duo have gathered these health care practitioners ensuring that our students are in the best hands when it comes to their wellness.
