SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for the Seasonal position of Revenue Auditor to join our team with a start date of early November.

 Organizational Relationships:

SkiBig3 departments, Banff Sunshine, The Lake Louise Ski Resort and Mt Norquay, SkiBig3 Partners

Summary Description:

Reporting to the Finance Manager the primary focus of the person in this role is to provide ongoing support in accounts payable. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be performing daily duties & responsibilities listed below:

Job Responsibilities

The accounting duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain Excel accrual schedule of partner product sales to be used for checking and coding invoices.
  • Check and process invoices in line with internal ledger coding.
  • Correspond professionally with vendors to resolve invoice issues and review statements to settle aged balances.
  • File maintenance and retention for Accounts Payable vendor files
  • Communication and correspondence with vendors and reservations team
  • Assist Analysts with revenue audit procedures and reconciliations
  • Other accounting tasks and assignments

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of accounting software applications an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel and ‘Outlook’ essential
  • Previous accounting experience an asset
  • Team orientated
  • Detail oriented
  • Professional

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to legally work in Canada required
