With a solid base of over 46 cm (1 ft 6 in), recent snowfall have made this mid-November opening possible.
Sunshine Village has a lot in store for the 2015-2016 season. Canada’s first heated chairlift will makes its debut at Sunshine Village this season. The new Teepee Town LX high-speed quad features heated seats, footrests and a protective orange bubble to give users a break from the elements as they cruise 1,000 feet per minute up the slope.
Access to the slopes means Sunshine Mountain Lodge will also be opening its doors and with a selection of freshly updated and upgraded rooms, the only ski-in ski-out property shouldn’t be missed!
