Banff Sunshine Village
The Spring Concert Series is back at Banff Sunshine Village. Until the end of the season, every weekend will be jammin’ with bands from all around Canada performing in the village. With a beer garden at the Mad Trapper’s Saloon and a different artist every weekend, there’s no better time to grab a seat, grab a beer, and relax while listening to live music in the heart of the Rockies.
In grand tribute of all that is bacon, Banff Sunshine Village will have all-day Bacon Specials at all restaurants, and host the ultimate Sunshine “Pig Out” challenge: the Bacon Strip Sprint!
Bikinis and Boardshorts Fundraiser – May 12th
Open to everyone, this event will see skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities having fun in their bikinis and boardshorts while fundraising money for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Sunshine’s biggest event of the season is back for its 90th year! As the sun starts setting on the picturesque Rocky Mountain landscape, return to the Lodge of Ten Peaks for an epic concert you won’t want to miss – Shred Kelly with the Wet Secrets – the first ever true concert experience at Lake Louise Ski Resort!
Bikinis for Breast Cancer – April 28th
This fun event is open to women of all ages. All participants can ski, snowboard or telemark down an easy course in an “S” formation in their bikini tops and snow pants, meeting in a central location at the base of the mountain. Rockywood Reels, Rose Marie – The Whyte Museum – April 19th
Take a step back in time with this historical film, presented by the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. This 1954 operetta stars Ann Blyth stars as Rose Marie Lemaitre, a French-Canadian tomboy who is “tamed” by cheerful Mountie Mike Malone (Howard Keel). Earth Day in the Courtyard – April 22nd
The Bison Courtyard celebrates Earth Day with live music by local band, The Stumbleweeds, tile painting with Crockadoodle, and testing out the pedal-powered tower bike and button maker with Open Streets.
