Goat’s Eye Mountain features wide open skiing, glades, and chutes.
The much revered Goat’s Eye Mountain at Sunshine Village is set to open Dec 19th at noon, much to the excitement of skiers, snowboarders and powder lovers.
Goat’s Eye is Sunshine Village’s third mountain and is often favoured by skiers and snowboarders seeking terrain that challenges abilities with its double black runs and gladed areas. The opening will give skiers and riders access to all 12 lifts for the 2013-2014 season.
The opening of the terrain comes after several days of heavy snowfall across Banff – Lake Louise, that has seen 18-60cm (7-23”) in the last 7 days.
