Spring time means snow time in Banff and Lake Louise. While many ski resorts have wrapped up their ski seasons by late March, powder-lovers ski here all the way until May.

Banff National Park is home to one of the longest non-glacial ski season in North America – 7 months of skiing from early November until late May. The Lake Louise Ski Resort is open until Sunday, May 7, and Banff Sunshine Village is open until Monday, May 22.

This month, plentiful snowfall throughout April 2017 has offered some of the best spring conditions in recent memory.
