Do you have a passion for skiing in Banff Lake Louise? Are you outgoing and looking to take on new challenges? Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine is currently looking for one Saskatchewan and one Manitoba based volunteer Ambassador to assist us in promoting the Banff-Lake Louise ski destination within the Saskatchewan and Manitoba markets.

Ski Banff–Lake Louise–Sunshine is Canada’s largest ski destination, a joint venture of three of the world’s finest ski resorts; Mt. Norquay, The Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village. Available on one tri-area lift ticket, our three resorts offer almost 8,000 acres of skiable terrain and one of the longest ski seasons in North America, from mid November to late May, all in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site – Canada’s Protected Playground, Banff National Park.

Role Description

Position: SBLLS Canada West Ambassador
Reports to: Natalie Zaturski
Reporting to Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Liaises & works closely with: Natalie Zaturski, other Western Canada Ambassadors, Western Canada partners

Responsibilities

Attend events on behalf of SBLLS and act as the representative for SBLLS. This could include prize giveaways, on hill presentations, and skiing
Actively seek out new Western Canada partners
Monthly report to SBLLS Rep which includes any activities or events, competitor advertising, and photos showing SBLLS marketing activities
Work with SBLLS staff to determine new avenues of advertising, future partnerships, and potential group sales
Deliver brochures and merchandise to partners and ensure partners have adequate stock of SBLLS materials during ski season
Attend ski trade shows
Submit expenses to SBLLS representative at a minimum of twice per season
Participate in annual ambassador FAM trip to Banff
Work on behalf of SBLLS to promote group sales
