Norquay ending the season with Pro Riding Demonstration and Deck Party
Norquay invites midweek season pass holders to final weekend

Banff, Alberta - Norquay’s final weekend will be the 12th and 13th of April, Norquay plans to go out with a spring party celebrating the success of the 07-08 season.  The action is set to take place outside and visible from the deck.

As a thank you to all those who have helped make the 07-08 season one of the best, midweek passes will be valid on the final weekend.

Pro riding demonstration  12th & 13th of April
The Norquay park crew will be spending the week preparing the park for its final weekend.  Jeff Patterson will be on site directing the work which will see both jump lines being pushed into one extreme jump.  The park will be reopened on the weekend for a pro riding demonstration which is to be filmed by Sandbox productions and Redbull.

1st Annual Downhill dummy 12th April
Norquay will be hosting its 1st Annual Dummy Downhill.  Participants are invited to create a skiing or snowboarding dummy, which will then be launched off Norquays newly revamped extreme jump.  Dummies to be scored for style while in the air.  Event to start at 1:00pm, dummies to be on display that morning.

Beach volleyball Tournament 12th April
The tournament will be situated outside the Daylodge and Norquay will be inviting recognisable local businesses to compete against each other.  Preliminary rounds will be that morning, finals to take place after the Dummy Downhill.
