The Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine “Jason needs to clean out his office” contest begins on December 1, 2010 and ends on December 17, 2010. The GRAND PRIZE is the choice of a PAIR OF HEAD PEAK 74 SKIS W/ POWER 11 BINDINGS, valued at SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY-TWO DOLLARS ($692), or a HEAD MATRIX SNOWBOARD W/ NX TWO BINDINGS, valued between FIVE HUNDRED ($500) and FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($550). Each prizewinner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries entered as of December 1, 2010.

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States, who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older.

The winner each Grand Prize shall be determined by a random drawing to be conducted by a Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine Director on or about December 20, 2010, at Banff, Alberta. All entries made by December 17, 2010 shall be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. If the initial drawee of any prize cannot be located or does not respond to a winner notification notice within 14 days of attempted notification, or does not return required documentation, the same procedure will be followed until a winner is selected and is located. The Grand Prize shall be awarded in all events.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize or depend upon the number of entries made by the respective deadline for each of the drawings. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Only one entry per household regardless of method of entry, no duplicate entries will be accepted.

Entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine reserves the right to disqualify any person they determine to be in violation of any term of these Official Rules, any law or regulation, or who acts with unsportsmanlike conduct. Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Official Rules.

Winners will be notified by Facebook or Twitter. Upon confirmation of win, winner(s) will be required to sign and return an Declaration and Release of Liability Waiver within 14 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, execution of the publicity release by the winner constitutes permission to use a winner’s name, hometown, likeness, video image, and recorded voice for publicity without additional compensation. Void where prohibited by law.

All prize values are in Canadian Dollars. All taxes are included in the prize. No assignment or transfer of prizes allowed.
