Delirium Dive Is Now Open!

Mar 15th, 2011: BANFF-LAKE LOUISE, Alberta, Canada

The world-famous Delirium Dive opened today! Named one of the ‘Top 10 Off-Piste Runs in the World’ by the Sydney Morning Herald, the Dive attracts expert skiers and snowboarders from across the world.

The extreme freeride area offers 600 acres of terrain and 2,000 feet of vertical for those with the ability, and guts, to take it on.

The Dive is one of three areas at Sunshine Village which require users to be equipped with an avalanche beacon, shovel, probe and travel with a similarly equipped partner. It adds to the extreme terrain available at Mt. Norquay and The Lake Louise Ski Area.

The three resorts have had record-breaking snowfall this season and skiers and snowboarders are being treated to amazing conditions. Mt. Norquay has extended their season and The Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village will continue well into May.

Great spring packages are available now from $77 per person, per day!* Visit www.SkiBig3.com/spring, or call toll free on 1-866-549-0807 to speak to a Banff-based reservations agent.

*Rates based on double occupancy, does not include taxes. Subject to availability. Some restrictions apply.
