My ski club, the T-Birds, spent the last week in March, 2012 in Banff and I had the best time ever at a world class ski resort. First, Lake Louise had two trail maps: One for beginner/intermediate skiers and another for intermediate/experts… what a great idea. Second, the female hosts at Earls restaurant looked like Vogue models. And third, the skiing and grooming was outstanding. I hope to return again.

We had an amazing time in Banff and the Ski Big 3. Being a snowboarder the trails were just the best I’ve ever been on. Super stoked we had so much snow! Everyone was so friendly; I can’t rave how good this area is, so much so that I want to come back again next year!

We have just returned from 10 days skiing in Lake Louise and Sunshine and we’d like to say what a great job the snow hosts/ski friends do on behalf of the tri area. They were so helpful in getting to know the mountains – don’t underestimate how much visitors appreciate their involvement. The snow conditions were also superb!

I just wanted to say thank you, I am a physically limited snowboarder and I took a private lesson on Monday Jan 17, 2011. My instructor was James Innes and is was just great. Very calm and patient, he was able to help me a lot to get some of my skills back. I will book him and again and would recommend him to all. I was a real treat to get a skilled instructor and a nice person too! The young lady at the ski school counter was also very helpful. You have brilliant staff. Big Fan of Lake Louise!

We had a fantastic time on our recent visit. Dave Honeyman was our instructor. Mark instructed our son. The first day was hard as we had not skied before, but with Daves’ and Marks’ help, made it an enjoyable and fun time. Sunshine was the favourite, especially skiing the powder at 8900 feet! knee deep. fell over, but laughed all the way. What a fantastic experience. Recommended to everyone. The instructors are the salt of the earth. Thank you for a brilliant unforgettable experience. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Our 5th visit as a family, without doubt the most friendly people on the planet. Skiing is fantastic, hotels are excellent, something for everyone, plenty to do on “days off” the slopes. Already booked flights for Feb 2011, can’t wait!

Everyone we dealt with from reservations agents, to the gang at the Ski Hub were fantastic.  All of you deserve a big pat on the back for the high quality of service we received from you.  You have been a pleasure to deal with, and resolved any problems that came up.
I think it was Stacey in the Ski Hub last Wednesday who resolved our lack of lift tickets at the hotel.  As we left the hotel to go pick up the new lift tickets, the day manager at Banff Rocky Mountain asked if we had received our tickets upon check-in, as she had found them in our file.  By that time, Stacey had set us up with new tri-area passes.

Just a quick email to say a big huge thank you for our trip to Banff. Amazing and unforgettable.
The place is amazing and the people (everywhere) couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The snow was good. We even had a fresh powder day at Sunshine on Thursday when it snowed about 25cm in 4 hours!!! We skied Lake Louise until we could ski it no more over 4 of the days. An amazing place. It snowed a wee bit when we were there so had good conditions. The back bowls there are so much fun. We had said to ourselves that we’d take it easy for the first day just to get a feel for the place… by the 4th run, we were already doing double black diamonds of the back!

Laurence and I just got home from our Banff trip and we wanted to say a big “Thank You !!!” for such a well-organized, fun and valuable experience. This was our first time skiing in the Banff area and we loved it; we will definitely return and ski there again, the only question is when.
Overall, Laurence and I were just thrilled with the mini vacation. We will definitely talk up this experience at our local ski hill/ski school to see if we can convince more people to go in future. If at all possible, Laurence and I will be back next November; this trip ranks in the top one or two ski vacations we have ever had in nearly 20 years of skiing together.
Thank You so much for your help in getting this all organized and setup. It was a fantastic experience.

I wanted to thank you and everyone else involved at Skibig3 for putting together such an amazing prize package.  Starting with the spectacular view from our room at The Fairmont Banff Springs to the outstanding level of service provided by all the hotel staff – it is truly a remarkable place to stay.  Of course, we can’t forget the hotel’s outdoor hot pool – simply heaven.
We skied both Lake Louise and Sunshine Village during our stay.  Sunday, the last day of our trip, we spent at Sunshine and it was the highlight for me.  Literally, not a cloud in the sky and spectacular snow.  We found a nice mogul run off the Angel express and, needless to say, the hot pool felt particularly soothing that evening.

My sweet boyfriend and I had an amazing time! I would like to thank you and everyone who made this happen for us! My favorite part of the trip was waking up everyday knowing I was heading to AMAZING snow conditions and BREATH TAKING views.
