You’ll be free to roam light, dry powder, incredible terrain, fun parks and endless runs. It may surprise you to know that winter is actually low season here, offering lower prices throughout the towns. And with no holiday season pricing on lift tickets, it’s now more affordable to visit Banff National Park whenever you wish.

Tri-area lift tickets include:

• Skiing and riding at Mt. Norquay, The Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village
• Night skiing and riding from January to March at Mt. Norquay
• Transportation from many hotels in Banff and Lake Louise to the ski areas

We hope you won’t need to cancel your lift tickets, but we understand sometimes things just don’t go to plan. Please read the following information carefully prior to lift ticket purchase.

Cancellation 7 days or more prior to first ski day
If prepaid retail tri-area lift tickets are cancelled 7 days or more prior to the first ski day, they will be fully refundable less a $20 administration fee per order.

Refunds for prepaid retail tri-area lift tickets must be requested from the point of sale, and will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. For prepaid retail lift tickets that were ordered online contact Prepaid@SkiBig3.com.

Cancellation within 7 days prior to the first ski day
If prepaid retail tri-area lift tickets are cancelled within 7 days prior to the first ski day, the tickets are non-refundable.

Exceptional situations including injury, immediate family emergency or circumstances beyond our control will be considered with the proper documentation e.g. a medical certificate.

A Refund Request Form must be completed and sent with the accompanying documentation & the tri-area lift tickets to Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine. Refunds for multi-day tri-area lift tickets will be based on the unused portion of the ticket.

Refunds shall be paid by credit card or cheque and sent via the mail. The following rates will apply to the refunds that will be paid to individuals who have paid for tri-area lift tickets at the retail rates:
