Reservations and Ticketing Agent

Ski Banff-Lake Louise–Sunshine is looking for a Reservation& Ticketing Agent to join our Reservations Department.

The ideal team members will have excellent knowledge of the Banff-Lake Louise area; will be motivated to work in a fast-paced energetic environment.

Job Description:

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, fax and email
• Building custom ski package quotes that suit the customer’s requirements
• Taking ski package reservations
• Troubleshooting guest problems
• Familiarity with all products, including more than 20 lodging properties
• Accurately printing lift tickets in large quantities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone manners
• Previous experience in the travel or hotel industry
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail

Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine is the joint venture company of Mt Norquay, Sunshine Village and The Lake Louise Ski Area. We offer a competitive wage and commission structure and free tri-area skiing during your term of employment. This is a seasonal position, starting late October 2011.
