Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine is looking for a full-time, Snow School Program Manager. This is a seasonal (Sept – May) position providing leadership and management of the various Snow School programs offered by Ski Banff Lake Louise Sunshine (SBLLS).

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Recruiting of Snow School Instructors
• Providing leadership and supervision to all Snow School Instructors
• Providing operational and technical training to staff
• Providing quality control to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Organizing groups and assigning lessons
• Working to an established budget and business plan to ensure cost controls.

Qualifications and profile of Ideal Candidate

• This individual is an important role model, trainer and leader and therefore must embody the norms and standards that our guests and staff expect
• Proven experience in supervising staff and building training programs
• Holds at least a CSIA Level 3 or 4 and CSCF level 2
• Excellent working knowledge of computers, data management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing work environments
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Professional appearance and maturity
• A post secondary degree or diploma will be an asset.

Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine is looking for an Advanced Sales Coordinator to join our Reservations Department. The ideal team member will have excellent knowledge of the Banff-Lake Louise area, will be motivated to work in a fast paced, energetic environment and have excellent phone manners and organizational skills. Previous experience in the travel or hotel industry, administrative and strong computer skills are definite assets. This position is responsible for prepaid bookings and transactions for Tour Operators. Performing certain accounting functions within the reservations department. Additionally, this position will respond to customer inquiries via phone and fax or email and building custom ski packages that suit client requirements.
